This site may contain ideas and images that parents may not feel are appropriate for young viewers. I suggest parents read this and decide for them selves. I tried to keep this site true to my original vision of the world of Questaris. At the same time I tried to keep it where any D&D player could view and use it. I want to keep the world as realistic (as much as a fantasy game can be) as possible.
What is this site?
This site is dedicated to my favorite hobby, and to the world I created for one of my favorite systems Dungeon&Dragons®.
Questaris is a world that I designed for my RPG group early in 1999 for a rather long campaign. I was about to run a generic game
world, as usual. But after I had the ground work layed for it I realised that I had basicly made a complete world. For the last 5
years my friends and I have played nearly every Dungeons&Dragons® game in this setting. Questaris is fully developed and playable
setting, and this site is dedicated to it. I decided that I wanted to share it with other Dungeons&Dragons® fans. With the Wizards
of the Coast® issue of 3rd Edition Rules, and the D20 system®, this seemed to be the perfect time. I hope that others will enjoy it
as much as my players and I do.
What is purpose of this site?
The purpose of the site is to provide a fully developed world for GM's looking for a new setting to place their games in. I am also making this site
for my groups ease of use. We have, and may agian, run games on Questaris in a troop fashion. To this end I had originaly decided not to place NPC's, except for the gods, on this site. I have since decided to add important NPC's for each kingdom during the current timeline. The kingdoms and groups will be well developed, And they will include all the NPC's that are important to them individually. I encourage those that use the site for their games to feel free to ignore any NPC that may not fit into their game. I say this so that GM's using this site can have a fully developed world where they can place the NPC's they need, where they wish, without haveing to change to much of the setting.
A short discription of Questaris
Questaris is a world set on epic scale. Much like that of Greyhawk™ and Forgotten Realms™. The many Kingdoms, their
armies, roving bands of creatures, epic level NPC's, and Villians all contribute to this feeling. The mortal world Questaris was
once ruled by vast empires that have now broken into many bickering Kingdoms. Even the gods have taken more direct action,
then is usual, when handeling their intrests in the world at large. Questaris has it's own rich history, as well as it's own gods.
Questaris is filled with groups, such as the Necromancer cult the Circle of Nine, that seek to dominate the world for their own
benefit. While the Dwarves, and Elves, suffer under ancient curses for wrongs they commited in the past. And ancient evils,
created with the birth of the world, and now long forgotten, begin to reappear.

5/25/04 Well after have no PC for the last two months I am finially up and running agian. I hope to get back in the full swing of things agian soon, and start updating the site agian. So please bare with me, I promise you will not be disappointed when it is all done.
3/23/04 I Have placed the first of the world specific character classes for Questaris. You can find them under Races and Classes or here. Take a look and let me know what you think about it.
3/21/04 I just put the Cosmology Page up for the Questaris site. I hope that this adds some of the details that some feel may be lacking. It is listed under the Kingdoms page, or you can click here to see it. let me know what you think about it.
I have submitted the Questaris site to almost every search engine, and I hope it appears on the soon (cross your fingers). But until then if you like it please feel free to suggest the site to others if you want.
Website update
All the title pages are finished except for the Creatures page.I have put off work on the individual kingdom pages for a short time. I hope to get the first of these put up on the site with in the next few weeks. The first of these will be the kingdoms of the Alanbadina Continent (Ogland, Habistan, and the Free Port Cities).
